About Marie Lacroix

During my PhD, I studied the mechanisms underlying the memory consolidation process during sleep. After this educational training, I trained as a project manager in clinical research, and finally co-founded the consulting firm COG'X, specialized in cognitive sciences.

Our team is composed of scientists with PhDs in cognitive neuroscience and psychology, and our approach relies on research to help people in organizations to reveal, preserve & develop their cognitive resources in the long term. Emotions management, concentration, work rhythms, social interactions, learning, etc. we put scientific knowledge and methodology at their service, to build sustainable work modes that allow employees to <be> accomplished in a new way.
