About Jose Jaime Diaz Larrosa

My name is Jaime Diaz Larrosa and I am a PhD student in the Epigenetics Division of the German Cancer Research Center (DKFZ) in Heidelberg. Here, I study the role of DNA methylation in phenotypic plasticity and adaptation using the marbled crayfish, a parthenogenetic and clonal crustacean species able to quickly invade very different ecosystems. I think scientists need to have an active role in communication and make research accessible to all audiences.
