FEBS Junior Section – Atakan Ekiz: Democratizing cancer transcriptomics analysis
On 11 April, the FEBS Junior Section organized an online talk as part of their 2025 series of talks on key research and career topics of interest to students and young researchers in the molecular life sciences across Europe. This talk was coordinated by the Junior-TBS (the junior section of the Turkish Biochemical Society, TBS). The talk was given by Dr Atakan Ekiz, Assistant Professor at the Izmir Institute of Technology (IzTech), Türkiye, on the topic of "TCGEx – Democratizing cancer transcriptomics analysis with an interactive bioinformatics platform".
