About Kajal Singh

My inspiration for science and research was fueled by an innate curiosity to explore the vast spectrum of science and technology, which led me to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology followed by a Master's degree in Nanoscience and Technology. The interdisciplinary nature of my academic journey aligns perfectly with my aspirations to contribute significantly to the field of translational research. Cancer, being a multifaceted disease, demands a pluridisciplinary approach for effective treatment and cure. Recognizing this, I have embarked on a doctoral program in the Cell Adhesion Lab, on a project that collaborates closely with the Polymers & Biomaterials Research Group at the Indian Institute of Science Education and Research, Pune (IISER, Pune).
