This spring, the Science Education and Public Engagement team at EMBL, in partnership with Merck, invites secondary school formal and informal STEM educators as well as teacher trainers across Europe to join a free course designed to bring epigenetics research into classrooms and teacher communities.
Participants will have the opportunity to:
- Receive practical training to deliver epigenetics courses to peers
- Learn from EMBL scientists through engaging talks
- Explore EMBL research facilities with guided tours
- Discover and use a new educational resource
- Earn the title of EMBL Teacher Ambassador upon successful completion
