Through analysis of TCGA transcriptomic datasets from lower-grade glioma (LGG) and GBM, Devansh will discuss how these findings demonstrate that CRTAC1-A alters the tumour microenvironment, supporting its potential as a tumour-suppressive reversible matrix regulator target in glioma. Then, delve into genetically encoded peptide libraries to uncover how potent transcription factor antagonists can exploit cancer dependencies. Andrew will showcase a powerful new approach to generate and screen chemically constrained peptide and miniprotein libraries within the live bacterial cells of the Transcription Block Survival system.
