Inside the Matrix Biology Europe 2024 with The Meshwork
The Matrix Biology Europe conference in Lyon was filled with lively interactions, exciting science, the first satellite Youth@MBE meeting, and an unforgettable opening ceremony! The Meshwork leadership team, represented by Konstantina and Dimitra, was thrilled to be part of such an amazing conference and the organizers gave us a unique opportunity to present our rebranded network and our newly-introduced initiatives to both ECRs and PIs. We had a fantastic time discussing our actions with the participants and brainstorming future steps that could benefit our community. One of the highlights was definitely the get-together with Youth@MBE participants, where we chatted over a beer about PhD concerns and exchanged research experiences from around the world! These interactions have truly inspired us to keep moving forward!
